Analysis of annual comprehensive energy efficiency and economy ofrefrigeration station in electronic plants

Taking an actual electronic plant as the research object, the annual comprehensive energy efficiency and economy of the two cold source schemes of medium and low temperature chillers (scheme 1) and medium and low temperature chillers plus cooling towers (scheme 2) are compared through the calculation of cooling load, the selection of cold source equipment and the calculation and statistics of the annual hourly energy consumption of the corresponding refrigeration system equipment. The results show that the two cold source schemes can achieve the energy efficiency of the high-efficiency refrigeration room above the second level. The annual comprehensive energy efficiency of cold source scheme 2 is higher than that of cold source scheme 1, and the natural cooling time of the cooling tower can be extended by reducing the approach of the cooling tower and the heat exchange temperature difference of the plate exchanger, so as to further improve the annual comprehensive energy efficiency. In the case of long-term operation, cold source scheme 2 is more economical.
